Mridu & Yash Sharma – Maternal aunt and uncle of Ashish Sharma

Our association with Rajiv and Suman has been very long. We got married almost at the same time in the year 1975. We have seen Ashish growing and becoming a responsible person. He was quite composed and lovable person. We knew about his ailment and prayed to the Lord Almighty for his speedy recovery. Unfortunately, our prayers were not heard and we lost him at a very young age. Even during his difficult days, he fought with the disease very bravely. Once we had a video chat with him on his last birthday where we found him enjoying music which made us to believe that we will soon find him in good health. He was a total foodie and often asked his mother to cook food as per his choice and taste. Till his last breath he remained cheerful despite his pain.

A prayer meeting was held in the memory of Ashish in India. It was hard to believe that Ashish is no longer with us. It is really heart pinching to write about our loved one who has left us at a very young age. There are no words to ease our pain, sadness and grief. Losing a child is one of the most irreparable loss for the parents to bear. It is a heartbreaking reality that no parent should ever go through. Ashish will always remain in our hearts. May his soul rest in peace.
